In this informal restaurant, the only dining option is the à la carte, which features an impressive array of dishes for sharing as well as others that showcase its “Low & Slow” barbecue process. Head chef Elena Kaperda is also the face of the “Lick the Spoon” project – a unique patisserie workshop.
