Good simple food is the ethos of this vintage-inspired bolthole which offers 5-, 6- and 7-course menus. Gert Weyn hits the nail on the head with intuitive personal inventions crafted with just a few ingredients. He has a knack for pairing the gutsy flavours of black pudding with slices of radish, sorrel leaves and herby fromage blanc, for example.
