In this restaurant of the historic ‘Parkhotel’ – first documented as an inn in 1574 – you are taken on a "culinary journey back in time" through the imperial-royal monarchy. Little anecdotes from that era are charmingly presented; old recipes - interpreted modern and with a personal touch - serve as inspiration for the delicate and elegant dishes. The cuisine is classically based with a modern, creative twist and is seasonal. A fixed menu of eight or four courses is offered, with names such as ‘Truffle, potato, egg yolk, Parmesan’ or ‘Duck, blueberry, mulberry, red oxalis, red cabbage’. The dedicated service team, including the chefs, who present their creations themselves, are skilled and attentive. The upscale interior is tastefully done, the result of a skilful combination of historical and modern elements.
