Formerly Kappo Shunsui, this atmospheric restaurant now serves three multicourse omakase menus, typically consisting of appetisers, sashimi, sushi, hot dish, main course and dessert. The interior is theatrically lit to showcase the food; the wooden counter seats 20 diners who can chat and interact with the chefs. It goes without saying that all the ingredients are top notch; the knife work is razor sharp and the sushi perfectly hand-pressed.
