Although the French chef and his Korean wife offer mainly homestyle meals, they are anything but ordinary, reflecting Chef Mathieu Moles’s culinary experience as an executive chef at major restaurants and hotels in France. At Chez Nous, you can enjoy authentic French dishes, including carpaccio made with fresh scallops, steak tartare featuring truffle emulsion, boeuf bourguignon, and white asparagus drizzled with mousseline sauce.
