Absolutely in keeping with the spirit of the times: "casual fine dining" under the same roof as the Marc O'Polo Strandcasino store. The head chef in this stylish little restaurant is André Kähler, whose modern, boldly creative set menu is full of beautifully expressive flavours. Each course comes with a small card explaining the inspiration behind it. The chic interior design and pleasantly relaxed and professional service team are also noteworthy. Tip: The small delicatessen corner where, for example, the wines served can be bought to enjoy at home. For a more casual alternative, head to O'ne, which proposes modern cuisine that puts the spotlight on local produce.
