Une étoile : une cuisine d’une grande finesse
Set right on the lake, the view over the water is enchanting, but the interior’s refined design is equally impressive. The restaurant is run by two brothers: Giancarlo Camanini, who greets guests with great warmth in the dining room, and Riccardo, who oversees the kitchen. They offer three tasting menus: La Storia, 4 e Mezzo, and Oscillazioni. The latter comes in both a classic/historical version and a seasonal‑surprise version, with either 7 or 9 courses. Whatever you choose, expect a highly personalized, creative cuisine that delivers a top‑tier dining experience.
