Situated in the corner of the COMO Metropolitan hotel, with its own separate entrance, this wine bar and restaurant from the Trivet team is a breath of fresh air for the Mayfair dining scene, filled with chatter and the buzz of the open kitchen. It’s difficult to pigeonhole the fun and eclectic cuisine, ranging from snacks like hot tongue bun to classics like pâté en croûte and several dishes cooked over fire.
