A restaurant that is steeped in tradition and run with great commitment. The lovely interior exudes a historical charm in which to enjoy French and regional dishes, and the service is friendly – hostess Elisabeth Deppisch is also a sommelière. In the winter, on Thu-Sat evenings, a short Franconian menu is served in the rustic vaulted Schöpple. You can also stay overnight in well-kept guestrooms.
