This establishment has been run by the same family with great dedication for years! The welcoming team serves delicious, fresh food that diners can enjoy as they take in the views over the Bühlertal. The wide-ranging menu includes traditional cuisine from Baden, vegetarian/vegan dishes and gourmet specialities. Add to that an extensive wine list. The chic restaurant extension is done out in a modern take on regional style. Pleasant overnight accommodation is available – the rooms and suites ("Natur-Zimmer" and "Natur-Suiten") are done out in locally sourced materials and are contemporary in their design.
Gastronomie et durabilité
"Firmly rooted in the Northern Black Forest, I serve my guests nature park cuisine with meat from the local butcher, game from the surrounding area, regional freshwater fish, vegetables, mushrooms, herbs and fruit from the Bühlertal Valley, it doesn't get any fresher or more seasonal than that and we are a certified "Klimahotel"."
