MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Dating back to 1730, this attractive auberge is nestled amid terraced vineyards in the heart of this wine-producing village overlooking Lake Geneva. It now features just a single à la carte, but has retained its two distinct dining spaces, namely the Brasserie and the Rôtisserie. Its superb grilled meats (Iberian pork, pigeon, veal etc) cooked on a wood fire remain a key component, alongside dishes such as scallops with Colonnata lard, creamy boletus mushrooms, spring onions and a yuzu and cumin jus, and wild-caught fish of the day.
