This appealing restaurant is located in the old town of Carouge, not far from the Place du Marché. With its high ceilings, bare stone walls and warm red tones, the very tastefully decorated interior is somewhat reminiscent of a loft. The chic glass-fronted kitchen turns out dishes made from high-quality ingredients that are for the most part sourced in the region and are meticulously prepared by means of traditional methods. The list of French and Swiss wines rounds it all off. The service is efficient and professional yet far from stuffy.
