Picturesque Linschoten is worth a visit in its own right, but be sure to look out for this beautifully converted grocery shop with its distinctive spiral staircase located a stone's throw from the leaning clock tower. This is old Dutch charm at its best! Chef-patron Carel Alberts welcomes you personally before showing off his expertise in the French classics. Wonderful local produce, intense sauces, respect for tradition: it all makes for an enjoyable culinary experience.
