Bib Gourmand : unser bestes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
A spin-off of Xin Rong Ji, targeting a younger audience at a lower price range. Service may not be as formal and refined as its pricier sister, but is still pleasant and friendly. Both share the same sources of ingredients so freshness is guaranteed. On the menu, grilled fish, seafood and farm-style Zhejiang cooking dominate. Seasoning tends to be light to allow authentic flavours to come through. Reservations are accepted for private rooms only.
