"In the centre of this town, ""la cuisine"" is well and truly honoured: chef Johann Dubernet – assisted in the dining room by Isabelle, his wife – produces colourful, fragrant and aesthetic dishes: carpaccio of langoustine, guacamole with coriander, sesame and bamboo shoots; John Dory, kumquat pâté, pomzo sauce, tagliatelle with seaweed butter... Subtle and delicious! "
