Between the blue sky and the Adriatic Sea, at the highest point of Gabicce Monte, Dalla Gioconda is the gourmet rebirth of a renowned dancing venue in the town. The design is warm, conceived and created with sustainability in mind. Thanks to a long experience at the Osteria Francescana of Massimo Bottura, the talented chef Davide Di Fabio creates precise and beautiful dishes, cooked with the best ingredients of the territory and of their own garden. The cellar hides real gems, and the summer terrace offers moments of sheer beauty.
"The whole project to give this historical restaurant a new lease of life rests most particularly – although it has many strengths – on the idea of sustainability that underpinned the renovations. Now, the day-to-day organisation also embraces this issue, for example, their commitment to being plastic free. Almost all goods arrive without plastic packaging, from the pasta (in cardboard) to rice in jute bags or glass containers."
