Situated along one of Rabat’s typical narrow alleyways, this elegant restaurant’s new venue boasts a courtyard setting in a historic building dating from the 16C. The chef Letizia Vella here creates surprisingly creative and technically skilful cuisine full of distinctive Mediterranean flavours.
