Take a seat here, in front of the former stock exchange, to savour the great specialities of Venice and northeast Italy in an interior by Philippe Starck that evokes the refinement of Venice. Painstakingly chosen ingredients: the veggies come straight from a “respectful cottage garden” and the fish from sustainable sources, like the turbot cooked in butter and prosecco with spinach leaf and cream of celery. Let’s not forget the cicchetti (small snacks) or the delicious ice cream topped with hazelnuts from Piedmont.
