With offerings such as duck pâté parfait, escargot and pithiviers, the menu seems traditionally French… But the French chef (from Lyon) aims to re-interpret the classics in line with modern forms and aesthetics. The à la carte menu may not be long, but it covers all bases. For those wanting to experience the chef's vision in all its glory, opt for the tasting menu. Again, the wine list isn't overwhelming, being well curated with some solid choices.
