An air of refinement infuses this dining room, thanks to a Murano chandelier, stylish diners and everything in between. No wonder it's where affluent tourists and locals come to celebrate special occasions. From the moment that champagne cart arrives to the last bite of the guéridon’s mignardises, service is wonderfully paced.
Once home to traditional cooking, Chef Michael Tusk’s menu is increasingly contemporary. Recent highlights include beet-red Monograno Felicetti spaghetti with Tsar Nicoulai caviar and sturgeon crema. Complex, savory and full of umami, it may be tailed by such imaginative items as potato gnocchi topped with black truffle and a green garlic sauce. In terms of product quality and flavor combinations, this carte has few competitors.
