“Borgo” in Italian means “village,” helmed by Chef Stefano Di Salvo. Once up the tiny set of stairs, you are greeted with homemade dishes and liqueurs befitting the cozy space. From the bread freshly baked in the morning to pastas and desserts, everything is handmade by the chef himself. The kitchen's signature Caldaro soup was inspired by the fisherman’s soup in Tuscany, which has good rich spicy flavor in it with chef’s own twist. Recreating the ambience of a friendly diner, this is a great spot for heartwarming Italian food from various regions. Don’t miss the diverse range of desserts served on a tiered stand.
