This restaurant, located at the entrance to the Monte Alina residential area, surprises with a new format after its relocation from Illescas (Toledo). While the upper floor features the gastronomic space itself, with its meticulous layout and open kitchen, the lower floor and terrace are home to another establishment (Brassafina) that follows the same theme but with a much more modest and informal approach. The tandem of chefs at the helm, Víctor Infantes and Saúl González, continue to extol the virtues of this contemporary La Mancha cuisine of grilled meats and marinades that has won them public acclaim. They are always open to offering their game and offal dishes through the tasting menu ('Pardo'). Particularly original dishes include the garlic soup served in a clay pot and grilled red prawns, as well as the tasty charcoal-roasted squab. An interesting fact? The tables are decorated with impetuous bulls (sculptures by Pedrín) and one of the walls with paintings by contemporary artist Miguel Caravaca.
