The menu encourages sharing across a wide range of small plates, sushi, noodles and larger mains. Dishes like Japanese yellowtail hiramasa sashimi with mizuna, nori crema and ponzu, or blistered green beans with crispy tofu and black bean sauce showcase the kitchen’s bold flavors and layered textures. Larger plates range from “3 Cup” wild black cod glazed with ginger, soy and sesame to honey-glazed duck breast with cherries and hibiscus gastrique, while the sushi offerings span from pristine nigiri to playful rolls and hand rolls.
