Two MICHELIN Stars: Excellent cooking, worth a detour!

Located inside the spectacular Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre (SNFCC), an avant-garde complex that is also home to the National Library of Greece and the Greek National Opera. The space and triangular shape of this restaurant on the fifth floor of the building come as a pleasant surprise, as does the exclusively designed bronze bar, the mass of greenery (including trees suspended from the ceiling!) and stunning sea views. The two chefs at the helm (George Papazacharias and Thanos Feskos), both of whom were trained in some of Northern Europe’s finest restaurants, have returned to their homeland to apply Scandinavian techniques and concepts to Greek ingredients. Their cuisine, which adopts a flawless approach to sustainability, is based around a creative Omnivore tasting menu (10 or 14 courses) that includes vegan and vegetarian options.
