This laid-back bistro dotted with music memorabilia speaks loudly of the passions of one of its owners – food and music. The blue and white dining room with its open kitchen sets the mood for a food and music journey. The chef reinterprets Taiwanese classics with western techniques, as pickled glueberries and barrel broiled chicken find their way into the menu. Oo-peh-tshiat, or assorted offal and meat platter, is jazzed up with western spices.
