After leaving Lecce, Floriano Pellegrino and Isabella Potì established their restaurant Bros' inside the Relais Villa San Martino, a few kilometers outside Martina Franca. There’s no à la carte option; instead, you can choose from several tasting menus, with the length selected when booking online. The dishes often start with ingredients or traditions from Puglia, but they result in very creative and elaborate outcomes.
