Uma estrela : uma cozinha requintada
Alma, established in the historic De Swaen, provides the perfect setting for fine dining. The terrace overlooking the Lind is faultless. Malou will tempt you with her range of Dutch (among others) wines, while veteran chef Wouter rustles up food sodden with creativity and flawless execution. Subtly authentic, the chef is not afraid to adopt a playful culinary approach.
