What used to be the guesthouse of Lilbosch Abbey is now a classic fine dining restaurant with bags of character. Martin Bruggeman takes great pride in his work, presenting his suggestions to guests and proving every day that he is a master of traditional cuisine. Try the game dishes, especially the venison – the chef slaughters the game himself and showcases the distinctive intense flavour of the meat. His generous sauces are the best evidence of his culinary skill. You can trust his judicious wine recommendations too.
