The signature dish is naturally the Peking duck—roasted in a jujube wood-fired oven, carved tableside, boasting crispy skin and juicy, tender flesh. Smaller parties who want to sample a variety of dishes may order half a duck. Also try deep-fried squirrel fish in sweet and sour sauce, or handmade tofu with golden broth in claypot.
