On the 3rd floor of the St. Regis Dubai sits this boldly decorated restaurant, with its striking chandeliers, picture windows and an open kitchen down one side. The Anatolian cuisine takes traditional recipes and updates them, to create dishes that are as vibrant as they are satisfying – this is the sort of food that you feel is doing you good. There’s plenty of choice and a great value lunch menu too – just leave room for fırın sütlaç, a traditional baked rice pudding.
