The name (the Spanish for “matchbox”) is the perfect fit given the small size of this well-run restaurant with a pleasant bistro-style ambience. On his à la carte, owner-chef Enrique Valentí, focuses on risk-free, quality cuisine including several sharing options. His clam stew with white beans is outstanding, as is the finely textured dessert called “the flan you didn't eat in your childhood”. We also recommend booking a table in advance here.
