"Our zero-waste ethos is shown through our fermentation program. We focus on our house-milled grains grown in the state of CO. Through our partnership with Zero Foodprint we help to reduce our carbon footprint and carbon emissions. Most recently we received a Snail of Approval from Slow Food."
