"Chef-owner Ago is a true ambassador for his territory. Each of his recipes has a story to tell of the inspirational local producers who supply him with everything from cheese to meat. His father is a hunter and supplies excellent game and homemade cured meats – that’s when he’s not busy with Ago in the vegetable garden. The restaurant also does its part to support the community, with their waste oil candles made by a local association who care for those with disabilities.You dine immersed in a familiar karst environment."
