This intimate restaurant presents authentic kaiseki omakase crafted by a young chef trained at the renowned Tsuji Culinary School. The petite yet cozy space is adorned with fine tableware and glassware the chef has collected over time, as well as paintings by his mother. The meal begins with a flavorful soup, followed by a beautifully arranged hassun of seasonal bites, and concludes with a nabemono of freshly cooked rice with vegetables and fish—Japanese cuisine that stays true to the fundamentals.
