Markus Arnold is not only a world-class chef; he is also a seasoned traveller. No wonder he likes to take his guests on a global culinary adventure! His diverse set menus draw inspiration from South Korea, Japan and Portugal. Whichever corner of the world he chooses to explore through his cooking, you can expect exciting twists, fresh ideas and a kaleidoscope of flavours. The restaurant itself boasts chic modern interior design and a down-to-earth atmosphere, all within a gorgeous historical setting. – think high ceilings, a gallery level and grand arched windows. The centrepiece is the open kitchen with its adjoining food bar, which also serves as a chef's table. The menu is completely different at lunchtime – their "easy lunch" concept caters to business people and museum visitors with freshly prepared yet simpler dishes. Tip: The on-site Finefood-Store sells house-made delicacies, Japanese goods, tableware and utensils.
