Tomatoes are the restaurant's emblem, hence the name Pomodori, which reflects the fact that although they have South American origins, tomatoes have also become a key ingredient in the Mediterranean diet. Tassia Magalhães' menu combines his own recipes with classic Italian dishes; popular staples include the fusilli with octopus and the loin of lamb with risotto.
