MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Run with great dedication by charming Italian-Brazilian couple, Marco Renzetti and Erika Andrade, Pettirosso recreates the delightful ambience of the Mediterranean. Marco, who is in charge of the kitchen and originally from Rome, has succeeded in bringing the true essence and sophisticated simplicity of Italian cooking to São Paulo. Try the tonnarelli grossi cacio e pepe, a homage to traditional Roman cuisine, prepared with thick pasta cooked al dente and served with pecorino cheese and pepper.
