MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

One of the city's most exotic restaurants, Kaá (which means 'vegetation' in Tupi-Guarani), occupies an area of almost 800m² full of ornamental plants, including a vertical garden that reminds us that Brazil is a tropical country of incredible beauty. This former car park has been transformed into one of the most talked-about venues in the city, and as such is frequented by a cool and trendy crowd who come here to see and be seen. The menu is international with an emphasis on Italian cooking, accompanied by a good Brazilian wine list.
