For this restaurant project, architect Naoki Otake introduced a theatrical lighting design - which enhances the dining experience - and used a plethora of wood to create an intimate yet discreet and elegant space featuring a delightful fusion of contemporary and Japanese styles. The dishes on the menu, prepared with the freshest possible fish, also showcase a mix of the traditional and cutting edge, with interesting sushi suggestions such as squid with truffle or horse mackerel, and main dishes including robata-grilled scallops with salmon.
