This cheerful and busy bistro belongs to the group owned by well-known chef Claude Troisgros. Decorated to look like a butcher's, it combines an excellent range of prime cuts of meat with different garnishes. You pick a protein (red meat, fish or chicken) and a sauce and it is served withfarofa pankobreadcrumbs, baked bananas and crisped potatoes, along with an unlimitedrodízioof parsnip purée, ratatouille, quinoa and tomato risotto and other appetising dishes. For the less carnivorous, there is therodízioonly option.
