Fresh and tasty cuisine is served here, and the menu is strongly influenced by the restaurant's own farm – for example, they have their own Husum red pied pigs, chickens and German Angus cattle. The decor is a mix of industrial chic and a charming retro style. Very friendly service. Smaller menu at lunchtime. Tip: afternoon tea with scones, tartlets etc (reserve the day before).
Gastronomie en duurzaamheid
"Sustainable agriculture has been the goal of our business from the outset. Here at the Farmhouse we use animals that we rear ourselves: breeds such as Danish Protest, Duroc and woolly pigs, as well as chickens and cattle. We save energy wherever possible, and produce it ourselves through our biogas plant."
