An innovative dining option in the trendy Pinheiros district of the city where chicken skewers are the house speciality. The focus here is very much on Japanese culture to a backdrop inspired by the country’s relaxed and informal inns. Chef Thiago Bañares prepares chicken in different ways, making sure to use every part of the bird, including the liver, heart, gizzards etc. As well as Kotori’s signature dish, you can also choose other skewer-style options (vegetables), as well as pork with miso and “maze soba”, a brothless ramen with pork or chicken, served with a cured egg yolk.
