The interior boasts a stylish mix of 1960s design and modern features, as well as an open kitchen. Here, Philipp Wolter presides over the creation of classic dishes that seek inspiration in modern culinary tradition and international cuisine. The quality of the produce is on a par with the finesse, balance and technical skill on display. In the evening, choose from set menus known as "Flora" and "Fauna" plus à la carte dishes. At lunchtime they offer an à la carte selection as well as their "Quicklunch". The front-of-house team led by restaurant manager Tanja Wolter is friendly and experienced. On the first floor, the Bel Étage is available for private functions.
