The most popular tables at this restaurant on the second floor of the Eataly complex are the large fossil wood tables facing the open-view kitchen and the tables by the glass wall with views of the square. A desire to surprise combined with the chef’s culinary skill results in vibrant and original dishes which are always colourful and beautifully presented, with many ingredients sourced from the restaurant’s new kitchen garden. At lunchtime, choose between the simple à la carte or the gourmet tasting menu. An interesting selection of cocktails completes the picture.
