While wine-growing traditions have deep roots in the Veneto, the thick stone walls of this boutique hotel, originally a hunting lodge built in the 16th century, are even older than the surrounding vineyards. Rooms are quiet and elegant with wood-beamed or exposed brick ceilings, king-sized beds, antique furniture, and marble bathrooms. Some have freestanding tubs or terraces with views. A glance through the windows is all the motivation one needs to step outside for the quick stroll to Fasoli Gino Winery.
