Set amid the vines, and with a magnificent view of the vineyards and Eltville, the location is truly magical. In summer, the terrace is of course very popular. This restaurant run by Dirk Schröer and Amila Begic-Schröer is part of the Kloster Eberbach winery within the Rauenthaler Baiken. The chef's cooking is strictly classical and to the point. Relying on excellent, ultra-fresh ingredients, it includes dishes such as saddle of lamb with wild garlic, onion and aligot. The wine list is dominated by the Hessische Staatsweingüter. Tastefully understated decor in the three dining rooms and attentive service courtesy of a friendly and professional team ensure a pleasant atmosphere.
