The Scandinavian-style décor, warm colour palette and picture windows overlooking church cloisters create a very handsome and comfortable environment, especially when you add in the gorgeous handmade crockery and confident, affable service. The cleverly compiled and well-balanced set menus provide an immeasurably satisfying experience; prime, seasonal ingredients feature in contemporary dishes that may be quite delicate in their appearance, but deliver plenty of wonderful flavours.

The provenance and locality of produce is essential for us – we lived by this philosophy throughout the design and build of the restaurant. We work with small scale farmers for our meat and use the entire animal to avoid any waste."
