Situated very close to the Festspielhaus (opera and concert house), the restaurant of Roomers hotel serves pan-Asian cuisine and a wide range of sushi. The menu reads, for example, "sake teriyaki – Scottish salmon, teriyaki glaze, sweet cucumber, rice". In a setting that is upscale and very much on trend, a young and enthusiastic front-of-house team provides competent service while maintaining a laid-back atmosphere.
