Michelin geeft het startschot van een razend spannende periode voor gastronomisch Nederland met de bekendmaking van de nieuwe Bib Gourmand restaurants. Een week voor de MICHELIN Gids Ceremonie treden maar liefst vijftien restaurants toe tot de selectie van de Bib Gourmand. De volledige selectie wordt op maandag 7 oktober voorgesteld in het Maastrichtse MECC.

11 new establishments are awarded a Bib Gourmand recognition in the MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2024, making a total of 81 Bib Gourmand addresses in the Lion City.

Restaurant le content is newly awarded the Bib Gourmand and 5 establishments are newly joining the selection. 22 restaurants maintained their MICHELIN Stars for outstanding culinary proposals.

Restaurant Yugen is newly awarded Two MICHELIN Stars, and 17 restaurants are recognised with One MICHELIN Star. The MICHELIN Green Star highlights the sustainable commitment of two new establishment. Two Special Awards are presented: the MICHELIN Mentor Chef and the MICHELIN Service Award.

9 restaurants are newly awarded or promoted to One or Two MICHELIN Stars. A total of 95 restaurants are recognised with MICHELIN Stars: 79 are located in Hong Kong and 16 in Macau. The MICHELIN Green Star recognises the outstanding sustainable commitment of 1 newly awarded restaurant.

The 2024 MICHELIN Guide Thailand showcases a total of 447 food establishments: 7 two MICHELIN Stars, 28 one MICHELIN Star, 196 Bib Gourmand, and 216 MICHELIN Selected venues.

The list features a total of 196 budget-friendly eateries in Thailand, with 32 New Entries, consisting of 28 brand new additions to the Guide, and 4 moving from the MICHELIN selected category.

127 restaurants compose the MICHELIN Guide Kuala Lumpur & Penang 2024 selection with over 30 different cuisine types. For the first time, the MICHELIN Guide Kuala Lumpur & Penang recognises an “Opening of the Year” award. A restaurant is also promoted to One MICHELIN Star, and Malaysia sees its first two-MICHELIN-Starred restaurant this year.

Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh City make their debut in the MICHELIN Guide with 103 restaurants and eateries recommended, covering over 20 cuisine types.

The first ever MICHELIN Guide is to be launched in Vietnam.
