Charming and competent restaurant manager Lillian Rot looks after diners; meanwhile chef-patron Sascha Kemmerer (known from Kilian Stuba in A-ROSA Ifen Hotel Kleinwalsertal in Hirschegg) is in charge of the kitchen. His dishes draw on French classics and impress with their craftsmanship, flavour and the quality of the ingredients underpinning them. The atmosphere is inviting and friendly: modern bistro style, Alpine details from bygone days, such as tiled stoves and wood-panelled ceilings, and "Culinary Timepieces" – limited edition prints by Annette Sandner – form a beautiful impression.
